This Privacy Policy describes how All Space Cabinets LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, schedule an installation, communicate with us, or use our products and services related to kitchen cabinets, closet systems, garage storage, and outdoor kitchens (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Personal Information means data that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a particular individual.
  • Site means our public website and any related pages or microsites we operate.
  • Process/Processing means any operation performed on personal information (collection, storage, use, etc.).

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

  • Project & Property Details: measurements, photos you share, style preferences, installation address, timelines.
  • Commercial Information: quotes requested, orders, invoices, payment status, service history.

  • Device/Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps; approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: identifiers to enable core functionality, analytics, and (if enabled) ads.
  • Job/Contractor Data: for vendors/contractors we onboard (e.g., W-9 details, licensing/insurance info).

Sensitive data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you provide it (e.g., on IDs/permits for building access). Do not send sensitive data unless necessary.

3. Sources of Data

  • Directly from you: forms, quote requests, phone, SMS, email, chat, during site visits.
  • Automatically: via cookies, pixels, server logs when you browse the Site.
  • Third parties: payment processors (e.g., Stripe or your bank), delivery partners, analytics providers, advertising partners, social networks (if you interact with our accounts), contractors/architects you authorize to share info.

4. How We Use Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

Purposes:

  • Provide and improve the Services; design, deliver, and install cabinets/closet/garage/outdoor solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, 3D renders (if applicable), invoices, and contracts; schedule site visits.

  • Communicate about orders, delivery, installation, warranty, updates, and customer support.
  • Operate and secure the Site; perform analytics and quality assurance.
  • Marketing with your consent or as permitted by law (newsletters, offers, promotions).

Legal bases (EEA/UK/GDPR context): contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., site security, customer support), consent (e.g., marketing, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (e.g., tax/records).

  • Business partners at your direction: architects, designers, builders you authorize.

  • Corporate events: merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale (your data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to this Policy or a successor policy of equivalent protection).

We impose contractual obligations on service providers to use data only for our instructions and protect it appropriately.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and warranty/service obligations. Typical periods:

  • Quotes & project files: up to 7 years after last activity or warranty end (whichever is later).
  • Invoices & payments: 7–10 years (tax/audit).
  • Marketing preferences: until you opt out or your consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookies/analytics: per tool settings/consent and industry norms.

When no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly de-identify data.

10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege, vendor due diligence). 11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to remove it.

EEA/UK (GDPR): You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict/ object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent (where relied upon). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

US state privacy laws (e.g., CA/CO/CT/VA/UT): You may have rights to access, correct, delete, opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. See Section 13 and Section 17.

13. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some states define “sale” or “sharing” to include certain advertising/analytics disclosures. To the extent such disclosures are considered a “sale” or “share,” you may opt out:

  • Use our cookie banner to disable advertising/analytics cookies.
  • Send a request to allspacecabinets@gmail.com with subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.

We honor opt-out preference signals (where required) and will apply them to your browser/session where technically feasible.

14. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

Some browsers send DNT signals. There is no uniform standard for DNT responses. We treat applicable opt-out preference signals as required by state privacy laws and continue to monitor standards.

15. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for such transfers.

16. SMS & Email Communications

  • Transactional: order/appointment confirmations, scheduling, service updates.
  • Marketing: sent only with consent where required. You can opt out at any time.
  • SMS (TCPA): By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS related to quotes, scheduling, delivery, and limited promotions. Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We may use approved messaging vendors (10DLC compliance).
  • Email (CAN-SPAM): Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs promptly.

17. California, Colorado, Virginia & Other State Notices

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. For authorized agents, we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. For appeals (where applicable), follow the instructions we provide in our response; if denied again, you may contact your state attorney general.

  • Enough information to verify your identity (we may ask for additional info to match our records).
  • Authorized agent documentation (if applicable).

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some data may be exempt from deletion (e.g., legal obligations, fraud prevention, warranty/service records).

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, we will seek your consent (e.g., for new purposes).
