4. Quotes, Orders & Payments

All quotes are estimates until confirmed in a signed agreement or invoice.
Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.
Deposits may be required and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment must be made through approved methods. We are not liable for errors or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Delivery & Installation

Estimated delivery or installation dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply chain, contractor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. You agree to provide reasonable access to the installation site and ensure compliance with building rules or permits.

6. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that information is error-free, current, or complete. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or substitute items at our discretion.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds or cancellations may be granted only if explicitly stated in your project agreement. Non-custom stock items (if any) may be subject to restocking fees.

Products may include a limited warranty as outlined in your purchase agreement. Installation workmanship may also be covered for a specified period. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
